Kauffman offers her struggles and successes alike in this touching, personal piece. It was amazing to me as the reader how delicately she dealt with the trials God set before her, seemingly one after the other. Kauffman’s constant reliance on her faith serves as a testimony to the power of His calling on her life. The writer’s sensible, straightforward voice in this text reflects the sensible and mindful life Kauffman lives. We all live unique lives, and this gem certainly captures yet another unique, intriguing view of the Christian walk. Well worth the time investment!
